Core stack (long-term safe)
Ipamorelin & CJC-1295 (No DAC)

Vial-by-vial breakdown
The most-recommended default GH-axis stack in the clinical peptide literature. CJC-1295 (no DAC) is the short-acting GHRH analog with the cleanest pharmacokinetic profile — a ~30-minute half-life producing discrete pulsatile GH release rather than the continuous elevation of CJC-1295 DAC (8-day half-life). Ipamorelin pairs as the only GHRP with no documented cortisol, prolactin or appetite effect, avoiding the side-effect profile of GHRP-6 (hunger, water retention) or Hexarelin (receptor desensitisation). The synergy is well-characterised: GHRH + GHRP produces a GH release 3–5× greater than either alone (Bowers, JCEM). Near-maximal physiologic GH amplitude without crossing into the side-effect territory of stronger GHRPs. Dosed nightly before bed to align with the natural GH peak.
Dosage
Take CJC-1295 (no DAC) 100 mcg + Ipamorelin 100 mcg (0.2mg total) once nightly before bed, fasted — leave at least 2 hours after your last meal (food blunts the GH pulse). Ships as two separate 5mg vials. Two ways to prepare: (1) Mixed — add 1.5ml bacteriostatic water to each vial, then combine them into one vial: 10mg in 3ml total (3.33mg/ml). Draw 0.06ml nightly. (2) Separate — reconstitute each 5mg vial with 3ml bacteriostatic water (1.67mg/ml) and draw 0.06ml from each vial nightly. Either way, 0.06ml mixed (or 0.06ml from each separate vial) delivers 0.1mg of each compound. These are multi-dose supplies — never a single dose.

In a randomized placebo-controlled trial in healthy adults, CJC-1295 produced dose-dependent and sustained increases in GH and IGF-1 lasting up to 11 days — the foundational human pharmacokinetic data for long-acting GHRH analogues.
