Pinealon is a short tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) developed in the Khavinson Russian gerontology programme. It is one of the very few peptides small enough to cross the blood-brain barrier intact, and is researched for neuroprotection, cognitive ageing endpoints and cellular longevity at the level of the CNS. Researched outcomes include protection of cortical neurons from oxidative stress, improvement in cognitive function in ageing models, normalisation of pineal–circadian signalling, and support for the glymphatic clearance work the brain performs during deep sleep. Often positioned alongside Epithalon as a neuro-longevity tool. Typically run in short evening cycles. 10mg vial.

Clinical Research
The ultrashort tripeptide Pinealon (EDR) penetrates the blood-brain barrier and modulates neuroepigenetic mechanisms relevant to Alzheimer's disease — reducing oxidative neuronal damage and supporting expression of genes involved in synaptic maintenance in published preclinical work.

Transport studies confirm Pinealon and related ultrashort peptides cross epithelial barriers intact via POT and LAT carriers — establishing the route by which orally or systemically administered peptide reaches the CNS to exert neuroprotective effects.
