The full healing matrix — Glow's regenerative trio (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) plus KPV, an anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from α-MSH that targets the gut and systemic inflammation pathways. KPV's contribution is what separates Klow from Glow: in human and animal work it suppresses NF-κB signalling and pro-inflammatory cytokines, calms IBD-type gut inflammation, and reduces mast-cell driven skin and joint flares. Combined with BPC-157's gut-protective and angiogenic action, TB-500's stem-cell mobilisation, and GHK-Cu's collagen and antioxidant gene activation, the stack works simultaneously on inflammation, soft-tissue repair, gut lining and skin quality. The most complete healing protocol in the lineup — typically run for 8–12 weeks for chronic inflammation, post-injury rebuilds, gut recovery or comprehensive anti-aging cycles.
Dosage
Start 0.25mg BPC + 0.25mg TB + 0.25mg KPV + 1mg GHK-Cu daily; after 1 week double to 0.5mg + 0.5mg + 0.5mg + 2.5mg
Duration of effect
Daily dosing; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~4-6 hours)

Clinical Research
GHK-Cu modulates expression of 31% of human genes, stimulating collagen synthesis and DNA repair while reducing inflammation. Combined with BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV which show promise in preclinical studies.

Peer-reviewed analysis of GHK-Cu's effects on human skin shows the peptide modulates over 4,000 human genes — most reset toward a younger transcriptional profile — driving collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis. Foundational evidence for the GHK-Cu component of Klow.
