Men's Libido stack
PT-141 + Kisspeptin — central desire & HPG-axis support
1.665.000 ₫
Vial-by-vial breakdown
A male-focused research pairing of two distinct central pathways involved in sexual response. Kisspeptin has the most directly relevant male evidence in this stack. In a randomized, double-blind crossover trial of 32 men with hypoactive sexual desire disorder, kisspeptin altered activity in sexual-processing brain networks and increased penile tumescence during erotic stimuli compared with placebo. Separate controlled human studies show that kisspeptin acutely stimulates the GnRH/LH reproductive-hormone pathway in men. PT-141 (bremelanotide) activates central melanocortin receptors rather than acting primarily through blood flow. It has been investigated for erectile response in men, but the male evidence is limited and the branded medicine Vyleesi is not FDA-approved for men. Vyleesi’s approval is limited to certain premenopausal women with HSDD and does not apply to VCP research products. No human trial has tested PT-141 and kisspeptin together. The rationale for this stack is therefore complementary mechanism, not proven combination efficacy. Available Small (1 vial of each) or Large (2 vials of each), as vials, pen cartridges (+30%) or a nasal spray (+30%; 5mL Small, 10mL Large).

Clinical Research
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial of 32 men with HSDD, kisspeptin modulated sexual brain processing and increased penile tumescence during erotic stimuli. This supports male-specific kisspeptin research, but does not establish efficacy for the two-peptide stack.

Controlled human pharmacology studies in men show that kisspeptin acutely increases LH pulsatility through the GnRH pathway. These small, short-duration studies support the reproductive-axis mechanism, not a proven long-term testosterone or libido benefit.
