Box of 100 sterile single-use insulin pen needles. 0.23mm (32G) × 4mm thin-wall design — the standard size for subcutaneous peptide injection, suitable for every injector pen listed on this page (Black, Gold, Green, Silver) and for all standard 3mL cartridges. The 32G ultra-fine gauge produces a near-painless injection at the small daily doses most peptide protocols call for, and the 4mm length is short enough to deliver consistently to the subcutaneous layer without intramuscular risk in most body sites. Single-use only — needles must be changed between every injection for sterility, hygiene and tip-sharpness. A 100-count box covers roughly 3–4 months of typical daily peptide use, depending on protocol.
