Two of the most-studied tissue-repair peptides in one synergistic protocol — built for tendons, ligaments, muscle bellies and slow-healing soft-tissue injuries. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a gastric-derived pentadecapeptide that upregulates growth-hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts, accelerates angiogenesis at injury sites, and stabilises the gut–brain axis. TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4) acts at a different level — it mobilises actin, recruits stem cells to damaged tissue and promotes new blood-vessel formation across muscle, tendon and skin. The combination is the default soft-tissue repair stack: BPC-157 protects and signals, TB-500 mobilises and rebuilds. Most users run it for 4–8 weeks around injury, post-surgical recovery, or chronic overuse blocks. Dosed daily SubQ.
Dosage
Start 0.25mg BPC-157 + 0.25mg TB-500 daily; after 1 week double to 0.5mg + 0.5mg daily
Duration of effect
Daily dosing; healing benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~4-6 hours)
