5-Amino-1MQ (50mg)
Metabolic Activator
3.300.000 ₫
5-Amino-1MQ is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) — an enzyme overexpressed in white adipose tissue in obesity. NNMT drains the methyl-donor (SAM) and NAD+ pools that adipocytes use to store fat; blocking it shifts adipocyte metabolism away from storage and toward energy expenditure. In diet-induced-obese mice, 5-Amino-1MQ produced ~7% body-weight loss, ~30% reduction in white-fat mass and improved insulin sensitivity over 11 days — with no change in food intake, meaning the effect is purely metabolic rather than appetite-mediated. Also researched in myogenesis and muscle stem-cell function. Oral, daily, no injection, no cold chain. 50mg capsule format.
