SLU-PP-332 (1mg)
Exercise Mimetic
1.500.000 ₫
SLU-PP-332 is an orally bioavailable pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ — the same nuclear receptors that endurance exercise upregulates as part of the adaptive response. By activating ERR signalling pharmacologically, it triggers many of the molecular outcomes of training without the training itself. Preclinical work in untrained mice shows ~70% gains in running endurance, ~45% gains in fat oxidation and substantial mitochondrial biogenesis after several weeks of dosing. Researchers refer to it as the closest small-molecule 'exercise mimetic' currently characterised. Clinical-tier dosing range: 250mcg – 1.5mg daily. Oral, no injection, no cold chain. 1mg capsule format.
