Kisspeptin is a hypothalamic peptide that sits at the top of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal (HPG) axis — the master upstream regulator that triggers GnRH release, which in turn drives LH/FSH and downstream testosterone or estrogen production. Without kisspeptin, the entire reproductive endocrine cascade does not fire. Recent UK clinical work (Imperial College) using fMRI showed that exogenous kisspeptin significantly increases brain activity in sexual and attraction networks in both men and women — independent of, and additive to, testosterone-driven effects. Of interest for low-libido presentations rooted in central rather than peripheral signalling, and for HPG-axis recovery after suppressive cycles. Dosed SubQ, typically in short cycles. 5mg vial.
