Sermorelin is the GHRH(1-29) fragment — the shortest, most physiologic GHRH analog available. Containing the first 29 amino acids of natural growth-hormone-releasing hormone, it binds the pituitary GHRH receptor and triggers a single small endogenous GH pulse with a 10–20 minute half-life. Unlike longer-acting GHRHs (CJC-1295 DAC, Tesamorelin) it does not flatten the natural pulsatile rhythm into continuous 'GH bleed', which is what preserves negative feedback and protects long-term pituitary function. Researched for improved sleep depth, recovery, body composition and skin quality in adults with declining endogenous GH output. Most commonly dosed nightly before bed. Pairs cleanly with Ipamorelin (Foundation stack) for stronger physiologic pulses.
Dosage
Start 0.1–0.15mg nightly before bed; after 1 week double to 0.2–0.3mg nightly (clinical range up to 0.3mg)
Duration of effect
Pulses GH overnight; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~10-20 minutes)

Sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) restores physiologic GH pulsatility in adults with diminished GH output. Unlike exogenous GH, the pituitary's own feedback loops cap excess release — a fundamentally safer pharmacological approach.
