BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a synthetic 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It upregulates growth-hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts, accelerates angiogenesis at injury sites, protects the gut lining and stabilises the gut–brain axis. Researched outcomes include faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and intestinal tissue, reduced gut inflammation (IBD-type models), and protection against NSAID-induced damage. One of the most-studied tissue-repair peptides in animal and translational work, with a strong safety profile across published research. Most users run 250–500mcg daily SubQ for 4–6 weeks around injury or as a gut-recovery block. Pairs with TB-500 (Wolverine blend) for deep soft-tissue protocols. Available as a 10mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.25mg once daily; after 1 week double to 0.25mg twice daily (common protocol range 250–500µg/day)
Duration of effect
Daily dosing; healing benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~4 hours)
