Cagrilintide (5mg)
The ultimate combo with other GLP-1 meds
1.300.000 ₫
Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analog — amylin is the second hormone co-secreted with insulin by the pancreas, controlling gastric emptying, satiety and meal-end signalling. It works through a completely different receptor system from GLP-1/GIP/glucagon, which is why it stacks cleanly with semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide rather than overlapping. In a phase-2 trial, cagrilintide layered on semaglutide produced 15.6% weight loss at 32 weeks — meaningfully greater than semaglutide alone — while modestly reducing GI side effects compared with higher-dose GLP-1 monotherapy. The positioning is straightforward: when a GLP-1 alone plateaus, adding amylin signalling unlocks further weight loss without raising the GLP-1 dose. Dosed weekly, scaling up over time. Available as 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and 30mg vials, or as 20mg and 30mg pre-mixed pen cartridges.

In a Phase 2 trial in type 2 diabetes, co-administered once-weekly cagrilintide 2.4 mg with semaglutide 2.4 mg produced superior HbA1c and body-weight reductions vs semaglutide alone — establishing the amylin + GLP-1 combination as the new benchmark.
