Retatrutide (5mg)
Class leading GLP-1 weight-loss & muscle growth
900.000 ₫
Retatrutide is the class-leading next-generation incretin agonist — a triple GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly. The triple-receptor mechanism adds glucagon-driven energy expenditure on top of the GLP-1/GIP appetite and glucose effects shared with semaglutide and tirzepatide. Phase-2 trial data published in 2023 showed 24.2% mean weight loss at 48 weeks at the 12mg dose — the highest figure published for any obesity drug to date — along with significant reductions in liver fat and reported knee-pain improvement in concurrent osteoarthritis trials. Subcutaneous weekly dosing, titrated slowly upward over 4–8 weeks to manage GI side-effects. Available in sizes from 5mg to 100mg to fit early-titration to long-maintenance protocols.
Dosage
Start 1mg once weekly; double to 2mg after 4 weeks, then step up every 4 weeks (phase-2 titration)

Safety Information
- •Retatrutide is investigational. The following tirzepatide safety warnings are precautionary context, not retatrutide-specific findings or evidence of an approved branded retatrutide medicine.
- •Thyroid tumors: Tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumours in rodents. Whether it does so in humans is unknown. The branded medicine must not be used by people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
- •Pancreatitis: Pancreatitis has been reported in clinical trials. Stop and seek medical attention if severe, persistent abdominal pain occurs.
- •Gallbladder disease: Gallbladder problems, including gallstones, have been reported, especially with rapid weight loss.
- •Kidney problems: Vomiting and diarrhoea can cause dehydration, which can lead to acute kidney injury. Drink enough fluids.
