GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys-Cu) naturally present in human plasma. Plasma levels fall ~60% between age 20 and 60, paralleling visible decline in skin and connective-tissue quality. It is the most-studied human regeneration peptide in the category, with broad evidence across skin, wound and gene-expression endpoints. Human clinical work shows GHK-Cu lifts collagen synthesis by ~70%, increases skin firmness, thickness and elasticity, accelerates wound healing, and modulates expression of roughly a third of the human genome toward repair and antioxidant phenotypes (Pickart & Vasquez-Soltero, 2015 — open access). Often run as a 50mg vial over 4–8 weeks at 1–3mg daily SubQ, or stacked into the Glow / Klow blends.

2018 peer-reviewed gene-data analysis: GHK-Cu modulates the expression of over 4,000 human genes, predominantly resetting them toward a younger transcriptional profile — driving collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and dampening inflammatory and pro-cancer pathways.
