CJC-1295 DAC carries a Drug Affinity Complex that binds the peptide to serum albumin, extending its half-life to roughly 8 days. The result is continuous, sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 rather than the discrete pulses of short-acting GHRH analogs. This 'GH bleed' profile produces a higher tonic baseline of IGF-1 — useful when the goal is sustained anabolic signalling for lean mass or recovery over a defined block — but at the cost of the natural pulsatile rhythm that preserves pituitary feedback. For that reason CJC-1295 DAC is typically run in shorter cycles (8–12 weeks) and is not the preferred pairing for synergistic GHRP stacks; pulsatile CJC-1295 (no DAC) is. Dosed 1–2× weekly. 5mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.5mg once weekly; after 2–4 weeks increase to 1mg weekly if well tolerated (2mg/wk is the studied ceiling)

Phase 1 randomised placebo-controlled human trial of CJC-1295 in healthy adults: single-dose produced dose-dependent, sustained increases in GH (2-10×) and IGF-1 (1.5-3×) for up to 11 days. The foundational human PK/PD data for long-acting GHRH analogues.
