CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a tetrasubstituted GHRH analog with a short ~30-minute half-life — long enough to bind the pituitary GHRH receptor with high affinity, short enough to preserve the natural pulsatile pattern of growth-hormone release. The 'no DAC' designation distinguishes it from CJC-1295 DAC, which carries an 8-day half-life and produces continuous elevation rather than pulses. The pulsatile profile is what makes it the default pairing for GHRPs like Ipamorelin and GHRP-6: GHRH + GHRP combinations produce GH releases 3–5× greater than either alone, but only if the GHRH signal stays pulsatile (Bowers, JCEM). Dosed nightly to align with the natural GH peak. The core component of the Core, Overload and Bulking stacks. 5mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.1mg (100µg) once nightly; after 1 week double the daily total to 0.1mg twice daily — keep each dose at 100µg (saturating dose)
Duration of effect
Pulses GH overnight; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~30 minutes)

Phase 1 randomised placebo-controlled human trial of CJC-1295 in healthy adults: single-dose produced dose-dependent, sustained increases in GH (2-10×) and IGF-1 (1.5-3×) for up to 11 days. The foundational human PK/PD data for long-acting GHRH analogues.
