TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, the most abundant peptide in human platelets and a master regulator of cell migration and tissue repair. It mobilises actin, recruits stem cells to damaged tissue and promotes new blood-vessel formation across muscle, tendon, ligament and skin — making it one of the broadest soft-tissue repair compounds available. Researched outcomes include faster wound closure, accelerated tendon and ligament remodelling, reduced fibrosis after injury, and improved cardiac tissue recovery in ischemia models. Often paired with BPC-157 (Wolverine blend) for synergistic repair protocols. Most users run a 2.5mg loading dose 1–2× weekly for 4–6 weeks, then drop to a smaller maintenance dose. Cartridge option suits maintenance only — choose the vial for loading.
Dosage
Start 2.5mg once weekly; after 1 week increase to 2.5mg twice weekly (loading phase 4–6 weeks)
Duration of effect
Daily dosing; healing benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~4-6 hours)
