GHRP-2 is a synthetic hexapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue that activates the ghrelin/GHSR receptor in the pituitary to trigger endogenous GH release. It sits between Ipamorelin (cleanest, weakest pulse) and Hexarelin (strongest, most side-effects) in the GHRP family — moderately potent, with a moderate but real effect on appetite, cortisol and prolactin at higher doses. Researched outcomes include increased GH and IGF-1, improved recovery, and modest support for lean-mass and body composition when paired with a GHRH analog like CJC-1295 (no DAC). The GHRH + GHRP synergy lifts the combined pulse 3–5× above either alone. Most users run 100–300mcg 2–3× daily in 8–12 week blocks. 5mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.1mg (100µg) once nightly; after 1 week double the daily total to 0.1mg twice daily — never exceed 100µg per single dose
Duration of effect
Pulses GH per dose; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~25-30 minutes)
