GHRP-6 is the appetite-active member of the GHRP family — the only clinically-documented GHRP that meaningfully stimulates hunger via the ghrelin receptor in addition to driving endogenous GH release. That dual property is precisely what makes it the right choice for bulking protocols where calorie surplus is the goal rather than an obstacle. Cleaner GHRPs (Ipamorelin) deliberately avoid the appetite signal — useful for cutting, wrong for mass blocks. GHRP-6 also produces a stronger acute GH pulse than Ipamorelin, though at the cost of moderate cortisol and prolactin elevation at higher doses. Usually paired with CJC-1295 (no DAC) — the Bulking stack — to layer GHRH + GHRP synergy on top of the appetite effect. Dosed 100–300mcg 2–3× daily. 5mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.1mg (100µg) once nightly; after 1 week double the daily total to 0.1mg twice daily — never exceed 100µg per single dose
Duration of effect
Pulses GH per dose; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~20-30 minutes)
