Hexarelin is the most potent GHRP characterised in published human work. Head-to-head studies show it produces a GH spike 2–3× larger than GHRP-6 and substantially larger than Ipamorelin at equivalent doses — making it the maximum-output choice in the GHRP family. It also has the most evidence of cardioprotective signalling among the GHRPs, with research showing direct effects on cardiomyocytes independent of GH release. Trade-offs are real and disclosed: at sustained high doses Hexarelin produces measurable rises in cortisol and prolactin, and GHSR receptors desensitise after roughly 14–16 weeks of continuous use. For this reason Hexarelin is positioned for shorter 8–12 week blocks rather than indefinite use. Core component of the Overload stack. Dosed 100–200mcg 2–3× daily. 5mg vial.
Dosage
Start 0.1mg (100µg) once nightly; after 1 week double the daily total to 0.1mg twice daily — never exceed 100µg per single dose
Duration of effect
Pulses GH per dose; benefits build over weeks (plasma half-life: ~70 minutes)
